We accept returns for unworn items in their original condition, with tags attached and original packaging, within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or the return is due to a shipping error.

To initiate a return, using the login credentials you created, go to: https://account.qiqiandco.com. Select the item(s) and follow the prompts. Items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery confirmation.
