At QiQi & Co., we want you to know what to expect after placing your order. Because our products may be fulfilled from different locations, processing and delivery times can vary by item and destination.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing after payment has been successfully completed.

Processing and fulfillment times may vary depending on product availability, fulfillment location, weekends, holidays, and other circumstances. Once your order has shipped and tracking information is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation using the contact information provided with your order.

 

United States & U.S. Territories

We ship throughout the United States, including P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and U.S. military addresses, American Samoa, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, destination, or other circumstances outside of our control. International orders may also be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

Estimated standard delivery times are:

Products fulfilled within the United States: approximately 3-5 business days

Products fulfilled from overseas locations: approximately 6-10 business days

These are estimated delivery timeframes rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery may take longer due to carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.

 

International Shipping

QiQi & Co. ships to select international destinations.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and fulfillment location. Estimated delivery timeframes for eligible destinations are provided during the shopping and checkout experience where available.

International orders generally require more time in transit than domestic U.S. orders. Customs processing and local carrier conditions can also affect the final delivery date.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on factors such as your destination, order contents, and package weight. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

You will have an opportunity to review your shipping costs before submitting payment.

Multiple Packages

Items within the same order may be fulfilled from different locations. As a result, your order may arrive in more than one package and on different dates.

When available, tracking information will be provided for individual shipments.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because we divide an order into multiple packages.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped and tracking information becomes available, we'll send the tracking details to the email address or other contact information associated with your order. You can also track the status of your order via our Order Tracking tool. 

Please allow time for the carrier to update its tracking system after receiving your shipment.

 

Delivery Estimates

All shipping and delivery dates provided by QiQi & Co. are estimates and are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, customs processing, transportation disruptions, and unusually high shipping volumes.

 

International Duties, Taxes & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs procedures, import requirements, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country.

Where applicable, customers are responsible for complying with local import requirements and for any duties, taxes, or other charges assessed by local authorities or carriers unless otherwise stated during checkout.

Customs processing may also extend estimated delivery times.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you discover an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or fulfillment.

 

Lost, Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery.

If your order appears to be lost, has not arrived within a reasonable period after its estimated delivery window, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact our customer support team with your order number and tracking information so we can investigate.

 

Limited Time Free Shipping Offer 

Enjoy free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts). Orders under $75 are subject to the applicable shipping fee shown at checkout.

Free shipping applies to eligible U.S. orders only. International orders are not eligible for this promotion and will be charged the applicable shipping rate at checkout.
