To initiate a return, using the login credentials you created, go to: https://shopify.com/63844122863/account/orders. Select the item(s) and follow the prompts. Expect to receive your refund within 10 business days after the return shipper confirms receipt of the item(s). However, exact processing times depend on your bank.
